1. Unique, Hand-Crafted Products
Each product offered on our Website is a one-of-a-kind, hand-crafted item. Due to the artisanal nature of these products, slight variations in design, color, and texture may occur, and the product you receive may differ slightly from the images shown on the Website. These variations are inherent to the crafting process and are not considered defects

2. Product Specifications
The product specifications (such as weight, color, and dimensions) mentioned in the product descriptions and images are approximate. Since each product is uniquely hand-crafted, these specifications may vary slightly from one piece to another.
3.Order Modifications
We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing the purchase. Once the order is confirmed, no modifications (such as changes in the product, size, quantity, etc.) will be accepted.
4.No Cancellations
Once an order is successfully placed on the website, it cannot be cancelled. As our products are hand-crafted specifically for each order, any changes or cancellations are not possible once the order is confirmed.
5. Return and Replacement Policy
Given the unique, hand-crafted nature of the products offered on our Website, once sold, products are not eligible for return or replacement. We do not accept returns or offer replacements for any products, unless the item is damaged or defective upon receipt.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us on the same day of delivery. Provide clear photographs of the damage or defect and a clear video of unboxing our delivered article, along with your order details, and we will assess the issue. In cases of damage or defects, TOOSHKAAR will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the bespoke nature of the items, all products are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Hand-crafted products that are customized or made to order.
- Products with visible damage due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.

9. Replacement (if applicable)

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item worth Rs.1000 or more, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
